CO documents psoting

hi,

we are posting goods issuue/receipt etc, but don't see any subsequetn CO douemnt created for them, we did one delviery with pckaging material and two saleable material and we just see in the CO document only the packagin line item, and not the other two maerial , waht can be the reason for this.
