Hello,
We have a system in Windows 32 bits, SQL 2000 32 bits and SAP 4.6C, we want to upgrade it to Windows 64 bits, Sql 2005 64 bits SAP ECC 6.0 (ERP 2005). We want to know the upgrade strategy. We have tu upgrade the SAP System first? the Windows? SQL?
Best regards
upgrade SQL, then windows then SAP.

You can not 'upgrade' from 32 to 64 bit SQL - you can only migrate.
Install new server running 64bit windows, install SQL2005 64bit. Detach from 32bit attach to 64bit run SMT tools to complete the migration.
Install 46c CI on the node.
Then, and only the consider upgrading.
What you are asking has far too many steps to list here. You really need to be planning this with your SAP support partner to ensure you dont end up in a mess.
