user exits

helllo

i have a requirement in which a pop up window with continue and cancel pushbuttons should come when notification closure button is pressed in IW21/IW22 transaction.

and on pressing continue the user should be forced to enter malfunction end date and time fields which are in the fourth tab of the initial screen...so how to go that screen??????
