payroll changes from bi-monthly to monthly

Please provide more insight on the repercussions for this change being made from bi-monthly to monthly payroll

Please mention the major road blocks that could be encountered during this enhancement...

if anybody has done it? bit urgent

Hi,

You have to check the report RPUCTP00, and all the related tables.

I will just give the tables related to payroll periods just check the tables and change accordingly if required.

T549Q, T549S, T549A, T549N, T5490, T549R.

Just check this tables and do the needful.

Hi,

Please make the necessary changes in the payroll calendar table T549Q for your requirement. Please maintain a proper period parameter and date modifier too. Use t-code PA03 to maintain a appropriate control record.

Kindly check all the tables that related to payroll period and also check all the subgroupings if necessary along with those wich Om specified.

Hi,

You need to change all the characteristic during changing your Payroll area, like you need to maintain the Period Parameters, Control record, Generate new Payroll Period with your Pay day, new cumulation calendar, if new need.
