how to assign authorization object to particular user in 4.0b version

i have to assign an authorization object to an user in 4.0b version. to reduce abap dump errors from that user. ( note number 177702 )

it has no pfcg screen.

can any please tell me how to assign authorization objects to particular user in 4.0b
