IDoc trigger from R/3 but not received by XI

Hi,

i am doing Idoc to Xi scenario, Purchase order is trigger from R/3 system and it is showing the status that idoc is successfully trigger , but in XI i have not receive the IDoc, can any one let me know what might me the problem

If the sender system is an SAP system, the sender service is identified from the system ID (for example, BCE) of the sender port (for example, SAPBCE) and the client. ( your sender business system name should be SAPBCE).

1. have u checked the idoc metadata in idx2.

2. check for idoc entry in idx1

3. check the status in sm58 of R/3

Hi Santosh,

this problem may occur bcoz ur idoc metadata is not present on ur XI server. Go to transaction idx2 on t XI server.

Check wheter the purchaseorder idoc metadata is present here or not.If it is not present then import the metadata in the same transaction.

Do reply if it works.

In R3 check in SM58 whether you have any errors. Also see in SMQ1 and SMQ2 where you have any errors or want? Somewhere they would have struck for sure.
