PR release strategy changes not be transported.

I am working on the Process of changing the PR Release strategies for the company.Old ones out the door ,new positions,release amounts and substrutures replacing the old.

I created new PR release strategies within client 500 production(used as a test client)and with the the help of our consultants we were able to create a route from 500 to 110 Development.

I noticed that the description for the new release strategies were shown (in SPRO)but not everything was transported.The Classification that contains the new PR types and the amounts for release etc.weren't transported (IN SPRO).

I manually undertook the task in 110 to go back into each and fix the classification for each release strategy.

I transported all the changes to the 210 client in QA.When i logged into 210 ,the new descriptions are not showing in SPRO (i.e.with the new names for the release strategies)and once again the changes i made to classifications for each release strategy in 110 aren't showing in 210.

Can anyone help me with this?
