Error while activating BI content

Hi Experts,

I am working on a newly installed BI system. After the BI 7.0 SP12 installation, I performed the following steps : IN BI

1) Created source system ID's after BASIS created sorsystm connection.

2) Transferred Golbal settings from the source system.

3) setting for the mat. no. conversion

4) Maintained permitted characters

5) Replicated the DS

In ECC:

Transferred App.Comp Hier-RSA9

Activated several DataSources for master data-RSA5

After those activities I am trying to install I/O Catalogs to install I/O (Char. and KF) for OCHANOTOASSIGNED but the activation job is being cancelled. The dump is saying the system is coming across a SQL ststement that cant be executed. (OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ ASSIGNED). I Searched the OSS note 1059198, it says to import SP-14 and the other note says to import SP-13. We havent done that yet. At this point <b>I'm not able to install any other I/O or any object</b>. How Can I rectify the error?? Thanks a lot

I would refer to oss note - 1059198 and go ahead to see if it works,in worst case you can always reverse these OSS note back to original

Some other note as well, 1019055. You need import Sp 13 for this, you can implement this note on your current SP level.
