shipping point

hello

when i am creating a delivery doc with reference to an order,i am getting an error that the delivery spli because of different shipping point.

i assigned the shiiping point to my plant.but it is not comming in the order doc.

can anybody help me here.

Hi maruthi,

pls first check the delivering plant in customer master data, and material master data see if different plant exists,

and second setting check the shipping point determination t.code OVL2

shipping conditionloading groupdelivering plant

check these two settings and let me know,

Hi,

Shipping point is determine on the basis of

Shipping condn + Deliverying plant + Loading Group .

Most imp is Plant and in SPRO u assign this shipping point to particular plant.

One more thing 1 plant can have multiple shipping points also.

So while creating sales order put the plant first and check ur shipping point in sales order itself .

In delivery screen (VL01N) Enter the same shipping point which is there in sales order this will solve ur problem.

Please maintain the appropriate shipping points for the combination of <i>Shipping Conditions + Loading Group + Plant</i> in the T.code: <b>OVL2</b>

hai,

deliovery split happens due to following reasons:

due to differing

1.shipping points-what given in order ,and what given in VL01n.

2.differnt ship to parties.

3.differing inco terms

4. differing unloading points

Please check the shipping point of all the items in the order( Goto> Item> Shipping in the Menu). When items have different shipping points delivery split happens.

Delivery document is created for a shipping point. If shipping point differs delivery split occurs.

You will have to use the same shipping point in Delivery VL01N as in the order.

Hi,

Check the shipping point which is present in order and the one you are giving in VL)!n .They are different.So enter the same shipping point as in order in VL)!n.
