Service Tax Entry

Hi Guru's

We have faced new error on service tax. we should apply ST on some portion of Invoice value not on entire invoice value at MIRO level.

for ex: Inv value Rs 50000, ST applicable only on 10000 @ 12.36%

Is there any customization to do this in tax condition types? Please suggest me..
