why i don't see "Only Transfer Delta Once" in DTP

Dear all

I'm in 2004s SP 11, but I can't see the "Only Transfer Delta Once" option under the extraction tab of the delta DTP. Can anyone tell me why?

we need this function because some times we don't want to reload the updated PSA request again when we delete the request in DTP.
