Conveyance issue

Hello folks,

In India Payroll, the exempted conveyance (Rs.9600/-) is being captured as a part of standard payslip, the issue is, if an EE suffers LOP during the month of April, then the proportionate reduction of conveyance is being captured in the payslip. For example, if an EE out of LOP receives 300/- as conveyance for the month of Apri, then the exempted conveyance arrives to (30012) as against (80011+300).

By the way we are likely to be on 4.7 and appreciate if any of our folks has handled such issue.
