Campaign management integration with R/3/ECC

Hi gurus

Can u explain how campaign management is integrated with R/3 or ECC,other than cost analysis??

I was asked by an interviewer please expalin in detail with integration points

Hi,

Campaigns in CRM can be replicated as WBS elements in ECC.

Thus your cost & revenue for a campaign execution can be easily traced.

You also have Key Figure planning from CRM to BW to R/3. Which will help you to plan you Marketing budget and later compare it with actuals.

Other than this not other touch points of campaign management exist with ECC from CRM.

Hi Pratheek,

I am facing same problem, as you have already idea about this issue can u please

help me in solving my problem. Actually i need to add 3 fields(WBS element is

one of them) in standard component CPGOE_DETAILS of CRM. Do i also need

to make some configuration (in campaign) before adding these fields. I don't have much idea about it but i need the solution at earliest. Therefor if could be possible for you then please reply back on my gmail id. subirkant@gmail.com else you can also reply on this forum.
