I am happy to see that the NW04s preview downloads are back !
I just tried NW04 SP16, and then NW04s SP9, and the installer is very good.
The best way to get them is to go through a FTP client (Filezilla is very good)
at ftp.sap.com
follow the path : /pub/sdn/devkits/netweaver/java/
and download ....

Yeah it is still unavilable. No idea why and when it will be back

I think the ABAP version is still unavailable (at least it was this morning June 07 12.00 UK time)
