Dear all,

does anybody know if it's possible to cancel a dunning run after the notices have been printed (except manually by changing all documents and all master data)

WITH ADVANCE THANKS

Hi everybody,

I found the report RFCORR14 which allows this action. There is also the OSS note 6591 for additionnal informations.

HI,

I had this issue where there was a problem with the dunning run and I could not re-dunn.

One of our ABAPers wrote a program based on SAP note 186095. This released the entries from the MAHNS table.

Hope this helps

Hi,

I had this issue previously and had one of our ABAPers write a program based on sap note 186095.

This deleted the entries from table MAHNS and allowed me to re-dunn.

Hope this helps.

Hi Krishna,

Why do you want to re-run the Dunning run after printing them out?

Anyway there is a program SAPF150D2 that enables you to re-edit the Dunning run. However whilst a Dunning letter is not a legal letter it is binding and so to add some control to SAP I am sure there is not a way where you can cancel the run and start again. What is to say that you send the wrong letters out.

You can create a simple program to go to FB09 to delete the Dunning level and the date of the last Dunning run.

Hi,

Everything is OK (MAHNS, forms), but the user made a mistake during the seizure of date, and all documents were dunned and printed definitively.

Can I undo the dunning run ?

Thanks,

Didier

Hi,

Once dunning notices are printed, I don't think it is possible to reset it. May be you can check in the following path of the Dunning run in Transaction code F150.

Menu > Environment > Reorganization.

Thanks

Murali.
