Using batch input for FPP2: no possibility to change the input

Hi there,

I'm using batch input for the fpp2 (Change Vertragspartner). If the input given to the dynpro is wrong (e.g. postal-code) there comes up a message. This message cannot be resolved; there is no possibility to change the field in that batch input-dynpro.

Using fpp2 in dialogue the fields are open for input and such wrong input can be corrected.

Does anyone know wether there is a difference using batch input or dialogue for FPP2 that causes this behaviour ?

Thanks for an answer !

Frank.

Hi,

Are you updating business partner using batch input? This is not recommended. And ofcourse dialog and batch input behaviour are very different. You do not get error message as in dialog. You direct input for bulk creation of business partner using transaction KCLJ.

Thanks and warm regards,

Smita.

Thanks a lot,

another reply by SAP says, that the batch-input for FPP2 is no longer supported.

So we have to try direct input...

Regards

Frank.
