I am trying to simulate an incoming call with Contact Center Simulator.
I am able to see the online agents.
I am able to call the agent (It says Phone call is active.)
I can see the status as ringing through advanced section of CCS.
But it does not inform the agent that there is a coming call. So the agent is not able to accept the call.
In IcWebClient there are 3 queues Hotline, Order Entry and Infoline in queue status section.
But I can not see the details of queues since they are just text fields.
How can I overcome this problem?
By the way we are using CRM 5.0.
