Hi,

You cannot better document as far as explanation is concerned. Just follow the SPRO nodes one by one, with this document by your side. You should be successful. This will solve your problem.

Feel free to revert back.

Hi Muhammad,

As Jason said, the steps to create iBase is clearly described under the IMG configurations to be done for the solution manager system.

You can find this under "Basic Settings --> SAP Solution Manager System --> Service Desk --> iBase

Once you have completed defining your system landscape using the SMSY transaction and have a solution defined in your landscape, you can create these iBase components for all the satellite systems in your system landscape involved in that solution automatically by following the below steps(Note this automatic creation of iBase components is possible only once for one solution. Subsequent additions of iBase components need to be done manually).

In SOLUTION_MANAGER transaction, open a solution. From the Edit menu choose "Initial Data Transfer for iBase".

Now the iBase components would have got created for you and you can check this using the transaction IB52.

Hope it helps. Dont forget to reward points for useful answers.

best regds,

Alagammai.

the information about the iBase (initial and manual creation) and the correct BC sets to run is detailed in the IMG documentation.
