Clicking on Work item in UWL opens a blank page

EP 6.0 SP20

R/3 4.7

BP MSS 60.1

<b>Scenario:</b> Employee enters times. Managers to approve it.

<b>Issue</b>: When manager clicks on the work item in the UWL, a blnak page is opened instead of openeing up the page to shopw work item details and perform actions.

Please let me know if this is a known issue or if we need to do something to have this working
