ECC 6 upgrade: Shadow Server fail to start

we are in the middle of ECC 6 upgrade in our test server. test server

(NQ2) is the copy of our production server.

In START_SHDI_FIRST phase, it get stuck. As per log, Shadow system is

fail to start. We checked the log "STARTSFI.LOG and DEVTRACE.LOG". I

got the following error in STARTSFI.LOG:

"Call of function module "UPG_IS_SHADOW_SYSTEM" by RFC failed (error-

status "-3")"

I checked the dev_rfc0 log and got the following message:

"password logon no longer possible : too many failed attempt".

I checked the NQ2 with "ps -ef | grep NQ2" command, and NQ2 is up and

when DDIC user seem to be locked in client 000 (Shadow instance number:

20).

Pls help us to solve this problem or how can we unlock this DDIC?

Regards
