Integrated ITS & Java client version

Hi,

We have serious problems with the integrated ITS when we want to export a file or

upload a file.

The system hangs because it can not find the necessary java class on the client site(eg load:class fileopendialog not found)

We are on java version 5 update 4.

We noticed that this ITS functionality works with java version 4 but updating

all pc' s(2000) is no option because this requires a manual installation.

Did anybody experience problems like this?

We experienced this problem on 1.5.0 but not on patch 6 and certainly not on the latest JRE v1.6
