GBSXP Phase II

Hi all,

Can someone explain me the importance of GBSXP Phase II in Great Britain payroll.

When an employee on Statutory sickness payment is being errored out due to QDP is migration to GBSXP Phase II the only solution.

How is GBSXP Phase II implemented. Any suggestions and tips apart from the GBSXP Phase II implementation guide provided by SAP?
