how to do mass change in functional location

i have been receiving error message as

how to solve this issue.

my focus is to do mass change and update sort fields as per my requirement.

please help

Hi Vinoth,

Check the data origin associated to sort field within the functional location.

You can find the menu option in Edit - Data Origin.

If superior functional location is maintained here than this change can only flow down from superior FLOC. If individual maintenance is maintained then you should be able to make this change.
