For object DNO_NOTIF number range interval 01 do Message was Not Created

Hi All,

I am using Sol Man 3.2 version. I have maintained number ranges for SLF1 ,SLF2 and SLF3 using transactions DNO_CUST01 and also maintained NO_USER_CHECK in transaction DNO_CUST04. But still error is coming from both R/3 and Solution system while sending message.

I had already established the RFC Connections using transaction SM59 amd SM30 in both satellite system and in Solution Manager System.

Please help .

In Transaction DNO_Notif for maintaining Number range objct Basic Notification

is coming disabled and by going into change mode stiil not able to edit /add .

Procedure:

ABA notification

1. Call transaction DNO_NOTIF (Number Range for Basic Notification).

2. Choose Group u2192 Maintain.

3. Choose Group u2192 Insert.

A dialog box is displayed.

4. Enter a descriptive text for the group and a new number range.

Note that the number range has 12 digits.

5. Check the External box.

6. Choose Insert.

A new number range is displayed in the list. Assigned elements are displayed with their number range. Unassigned elements are listed separately.

7. Assign notification type SLF1 to the group with the internal number range.

Select SLF1, then choose Edit u2192 Assign Element Group.

8. Save.

9. Call transaction DNO_CUST01 (Change view u201CMessage categoryu201D).

10. Select notification type SLF1.

11. Choose Goto u2192 Details.

12. To assign the new internal number range.

13. Save.

*CRM Service Desk Message*

1. Call transaction CRMC_NR_RA_SERVICE (Number Range for CRM Service Transaction).

2. Choose Interval u2192 Change.

The available number ranges are displayed.

Note that the number range has 10 digits.

3. Choose Edit u2192 Insert Interval.

A dialog box is displayed.

4. Add two new intervals (number ranges) and select one as external.

5. Choose Insert.

6. Save.

7. Call transaction SPRO (IMG customizing).

8. Choose SAP Reference IMG.

The IMG structure is displayed.

9. Choose SAP Implementation Guide u2192 Customer Relationship Management u2192 Transactions u2192 Basic Settings.

10. Execute Define Transaction Types.

An overview of transaction types is displayed.

11. Select the CRM transaction type SLFN.

12. Choose Goto u2192 Details.

The properties of the transaction type SLFN are displayed.

13. Assign the new internal and external number range.

To do this, open the input help for the number range field. A dialog box is displayed. Double-click the number range.

14. Save.
