Report Painter - Variable Include in Report Column Description

Hello Experts,

In report painter,

Suppose there is a Variable called "ZCURPER" defining the period.

For selection parameters if I include 1(First month - January) as the period. i want to get the description of that period, i.e "January" as the column heading in the output.

I've already used "&<variable>" for the report column heading as short/medium/long text which only shows as "1".
