Does SAP BODS work with BW4HANA ?

Many customers have invested in BODS to pull data from third party systems into SAP BW. While BODS as an ETL tool can continue to be used in an enterprise landsacpe , specifically for BW4HANA is it still relevant ? if so how does the connectivity to BW4HANA work given that there is no BODS source system in BW4HANA or a PSA for that matter.

Loading data to SAP BW/4HANA Advanced DataStore objects (ADSO) is now supported, in DS SP12.

Dirk is right I do not see connect to DS in BW4HANA. But I can see Bigdata...SAP thought of addbing Bigdata as a source but forgot to add DS which is used to load or extract to BW as Target or a source....Scenarios where we need to dum data into Data Laka it is needed....

Nothing in the Data Services Product Availability Matrix document related to BW4HANA.

There's no DS support for BW/4HANA yet. It is planned in a later SP.

Hi Dirk,
I have not seen this on any of the roadmaps. Is there a publication where this is announced as a future innovation for BW/4HANA? It would put the mind of some of my customers at ease, as currently they don't know what is going to happen.

Any links to information on this would be appreciated.

It is still support BODS. But I will suggest to go with SAP Data hub.
