Document splitting: Items for clearing XXXX/5000000041/2012/003 not found

Hi Experts,

Need your help in below error.

Getting below error while trying to clear line items through F-03.

This Document was posted before open item management was activated for the GL but now user wants to clear few documents for 2012 but getting below error.

As open item is already activated in GL its not allowing to run FAGL_ACTIVATE_OP.

It is giving Warning.

Open item management is already active for account 6100A/XXXX

Error.

Company code XXXX is not considered for the activation

So in test server from program ZRFSEPA03 I deactivated the Open item management for this GL and try to run FAGL_ACTIVATE_OP again to activate Open line item buts giving the error

Now issue is how to clear old Open items for this GL.

Diagnosis

Document splitting cannot perform clearing because it was not possible to find complete splitting information on the items to be cleared (company code, document number, fiscal year, item).

System Response

Clearing cannot be performed and the document cannot be posted.

Procedure

Exclude the affected item from clearing.

It may be that this item was not posted with active document splitting. In this case, this item or document would have to be migrated.
