How to make UI changes for Contacts and Corporate Accounts in Hybris Marketing Cloud

Hi All,

I am looking to enhance the Contact UI screen in my SAp Hybris Marketing Cloud system to make fields such as Function & Department visible on Personal Data page of a contact.

Is there a way to extend the UI to be made these fields visible and maintain values for these fields .
