Hi Experts

I am using S/4 HANA 1610 on Premise, Netweaver 7.51 and Fiori release 3. I am doing configuration for embedded EWM. I have set the necessary configurations and tested it to see corresponding documents distributed to embedded system. But i not getting anything in the warehouse monitor tool.

Then to confirm my settings are correct when i generate the distribution model i am getting the error as in the attachment. I don't know what settings i am missing.

NOTE: I am not interested to set the Best Practice content or BC settings. For that i need to approach different departments and approval. Since i am practicing. I also saw lots of BP contents but it never mentioned anything about system setting for communication. Kindly anyone can help me to fix this issue.

I have already read the content.

S/4 embedded EWM setup

Thanks and Regards

Vijay

Under protocol column it says "Distribution model cannot be deleted" ideally when you are setting distribution model first time this should be "OK" could you please check your BD64 once again

Hi Manish

In my understanding in embedded EWM just need to set only senders and receviers. Not necessary to set parnter profiles. Since data determination happen via RFC not through IDOC. So nothing need to be maineted in BD64. Let me know if my understading is correct.

Thanks and Regards

Yes, this is still required

In this case you need to create a Dummy logical system for EWM system and procced with BD64

refer OSSNOTE 2347770,

GO through with the pdf document attached in the above note "Basic Settings for SAP EWM in SAP S/4HANA"

This will guide you with initial integration steps
