Problem with sap solution SII Spain VAT

Hi to all,

According to the new Spanish tax legislation (SII SUMINISTRO INMEDIATO DE INFORMACION DEL IVA) we implement the SAP Solution explained in note "2448460 - SII - Overview of prerequisites for the installation and use of SAP Solution for Suministro Inmediato de Informacion of the VAT".

We purchased, installed, and configured the components required in the note. The solution adopted is completely SAP standard. In detail:

• • SAP ERP, option for e-document processing add-on. This add-on has a limited runtime usage right for the Application Interface Framework (AIF).
• • SAP Cloud Platform Integration. The integration package name is eDocument: VAT Register Books for Spain.

All notes related to this solution have been implemented. Now we find ourselves having a communication problem between the spanish tax agency and the SAP CLoud Platform.

Was it related to the certificates in Keystore or something else?

It could be an issue due to missing certificates or keypair. You could check this note to see if your scenario has been configured correctly "https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2448460" and also check the document "SAP CP Strategy & Product Management Integrating SAP CP Integration for AEAT SII reporting." shared to understand details on installing and deploying of security elements.
