Hello, Experts.
If i making a employee, then C4C System make a corresponding Business user.
I wonder why Employees and Business Users, similar components exist in C4C.
Anyone knows difference employee and business user, please tell me about this issue.
Thanks.
Regards, Deokhyeon
Hello Deok,
"Employee" is the object in the system that registers the employees in the organization.
The Business User is the login user of the system.
A Business User automatically created for each Employee in the system, whoever this Business User needs to be unlocked so the Employee may become an actual user of the system. Also, an unlocked Business User counts as a subscribed user, and it counts in the license fee calculation.
In summary, the Employee is used to have a register of the employees in the organization and the Business User is used when you want to give access of C4C to an employee.
Maybe the below can help further with your query:
Create employee without user subscription
