add attribute on change attribute screen

Hi,

Want to add custom attribute on a attribute screen, which should also show in attribute drop down box. the attribute is maintained in table T77OMATTR and also configured in PPOMA_BBP. but unable to see on shopping cart.(perticular user)

any inputs how how to show on change attrbutes screen on web, or any badi for this.

Hi,

We have a similar problem..

You have to add the attribute to the role.

Go to SPRO: Supplier Relationship Management ==> SRM Server ==> Roles ==> <i>Maintain Attribute Access Rights by Role</i>

In <i>Maintain Attribute Access Rights by Role</i> select role(s) and add you attroibute.

You may want to create your own role (i.e copies of standard SAP roles) then add only the role you want. This way in the setting of the WEG GUI the user only see a small set of attributes.

Maintain Attribute Access Rights by Role

In this step you specify whether the users assigned to a particular role

are authorized to display or change an attribute or whether the

attribute is to be hidden from view.

Example

If you want employees to have display access and managers to have change

access to the attribute CCT (cost center), your entries would be as

follows:

Scenario Attribute Role

Access Mandatory

BBP CCT SAP_EC_BBP_EMPLOYEE Display

BBP CCT SAP_EC_BBP_MANAGER Change

Activities

Proceed as follows for each attribute:

1. Enter scenario BBP, the attribute ID, and the activity group.

2. Select the access type you require. Possible access types are

Display, Change or Hide.

3. If the attribute is to be mandatory, select Mandatory.

Further notes

You can use report BBP_ATTR_COPY_ACCESS_RIGHTS to copy and delete the

access rights to attributes of authorization roles.
