No quantity conversion possible

I trying to do the quantity conversion in Query,I am getting below error messgar. Did anyone encountered this issue...we are in BI 7.0 SP 13...

Hi Raman,

Have you seen these:

981806 RSUOM 065: No quantity conversion possible

1017609 "No conversion possible" but all numbers are converted

(OSS is not working for me, so couldn't read through them)

Thanks for replies..First I searched for the Notes only, yes,have seen these notes...

In my question, I mentioned that we are in SP 13..it means we already have these notes in the system...

995591 - Quantity conversion: InfoObject, T006 : T006, InfoObject (SP11)

1017609 - "No conversion possible" but all numbers are converted (SP13)

981806 - RSUOM 065: No quantity conversion possible (SP10)

is there any other notes or solution .....
