what is the login template?

Hi Experts,

I need to change the login template for the client. But I could not find the login.html in their ITS system. What other template could be used for login and where can I find it. Thank you very much.

Regards,

Johnson

    Hi Johnson,

what about searching around? There is an excellent Wiki article about

'Customizing the login screen' . This might answer your questions.

    regards

    Tobias

Thanks. I already read the article 'Customizing the login screen', it talks about the folders bm pm. But their ITS is not set up as bm and pm, all the files uder templates are classified for each service. And all the files in ITS can only be open with IE explorer so I can not search for it.

Please give more ideas. Thanks a lot.

      Hi Johnson,

there is no way to customize the login screen using the Internet Explorer.

I suggest to look to a possibility for accessing the file system of the ITS

server. Then you can search for a file named login.html and modify the

      templates with your text editor.

      best regards
