Hi Sara ,

First of all you should have content_management role

Then you can see there is tab called as Quick Poll Administration click on that :-

    1)Crete on New.

    2)Choose a Campign.

3)Fill in the Entry in the poll which you want to (in the tab structure).

    4)Choose save.

    5) Now you can see the poll name which you have given on the QuickPoll administration.

6)Start the poll by selecting it.

    Hi,

    Create a quick poll:

Content Management >Quick poll Admin >New-->Create a new Quick poll.

After creating Quick poll, you have to create a Quick poll iView.

    iView Creation:

Goto Content Admin >Portal content >Select ur folder >Create new quick poll iview From iView Template >Select KM Quick Poll iView from template.

Open the iView, assign Campaign name in iView property like Campaign To Be Used="ur campaign name".

    Try it.

    Regards,

    Senthil K.

    Hi Sara,

    Missed one key aspect

Well, it's ok that you have created a quick poll iview but have you used exactly the same campaign name as defined while creating a campaign ( or the campaign that you have used while creating a quick poll ) ?

Go to the quick poll that you have created in the quick poll iview administration. Content Management - > Quick Poll Administration - > select the poll - > Copy the name of Campaign.

Go to Content Provided by SAP - > End User Content -> Standard Portal Users -> iviews -> com.sap.km.iviews -> Quick Poll -> Open Object -> Show All -> Campaign to be used : Just paste the name of the campaign that you had copied.

The answer is from thread https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/thread?threadID=78134
