depriciation run

hi,

in fiscal year 2006.with out running depriciation of 11th and 12 th period they did year end closing and fiscal year change for the assets.how to run last year depriciation.give the idea to resolve this issue.

    Hi

    without running the depreciation fully, system will not allow you to close the year...just please check it again.

    if that is the case then reopen the period (Fiscal year change)....and run the depreciation....here even accounting periods should also required to bopen

    Nagaraju,

    Changing the fiscal year with T code AJRW is a technical step and deprecation does not have to be ran for all periods before this process is carried out.

    All you will need to do is run depreciation for these two periods and close the previous year using T code AJAB. Note you need to verify that these periods are open for G/L postings in T code OB52.
