How to develop a lsmw recording for data migration for pa30 transaction.

i nedd to convert a flat file into sap system.

it has all fields like empno,name,address,designation,salry, etc

that is ok .

i need which fields to select while using tcode pa30 or pa40.

bcoz no and name comes under personal infotype ,address comes uinder diff and salary designation comes under different .

but how i can select all infotypes here .

Are you doing a hiring process? If you are then you will need to create an hiring action using transaction pa40. All of this can be done in LSMW.

It is at 'Maintain Object Attributes' go into this section and choose 'batch input recording'. Then click on the button that looks like an overview 'Recording:Overview' then click create. Put in the transaction code 'PA40' and do one round of hiring.

**Remember to set your user parameters to the country grouping you are working on **
