GR/IR clearing

Hi,

Thanks for your help i did clear most of my GR/IR with differences through MR11.

Eventhough i have cleared most of them thru F.19 there are some PO with differences, these PO dont populate in MR11 when the PO # is entered.In otherwords, they are still outstanding in FBL3N, but can't be cleared manully thru MR11. Is there any reason for this?

is this done by OB57 or is there a differnet Tcode?

Hi

If you want to clear amount differences, you have to increase your tolerances for clearing differences. This should be resorted in exceptional cases periodically at year end after reviewing all the items.

OUtstanding in FBL3N doesnt mean that this PO should be picked up in MR11.

MR11 works only if quantity difference exists between GR and IR.
