Partitioning in PSA

Hi Gurus

Would anybody please help me to understand partitioning of PSA?

I was able to see the data from PSA manage screen but when I go to SE16 by PSA table name the data were not there.

I tried RSTSODSPART and found that there is a partition of PSA by request ID / Data package, I am not really sure if it happens always or not .

Hi,

PSA is partitioned by Number of Records, normally it is 10 million records.

RSCUSTV6 is the Transaction Code and there you can find 3 values to enter.

1. Frequency Status IDOC

2. Package Size

3. Partition Size

Press F1 on all the 3 to get more details.

You could set Packet size and Partition size.

It is at Database Level which is DBMS
