SAP to SFDC(advantco) error

We have an interface from SAP(proxy) to SFDC(Advantco) via PI, while sending data it is failing at receiver adapter level with below error.

Message processing failed. Reason: Failed to connect to Salesforce : com.sforce.ws.ConnectionException: Unexpected element. Parser was expecting element urn:partner.soap.sforce.com:currencySymbol but found urn:partner.soap.sforce.com:chatterExternal: Unexpected element. Parser was expecting element urn:partner.soap.sforce.com:currencySymbol but found urn:partner.soap.sforce.com:chatterExternal (Software version: 1.0.32).

We are not sending any Currency or chatterelement related data from SAP, but in SOAPUi we can see that these fields are present in partner/Enterprise WSDL response from SFDC.

Can you please help if this can be handled at SFDC or PI end and how?

Hi Aditi,

If the currencySymbol field is presentin the WSDL then it must need to be populated. You need to discuss the receiver system team for the field.
