File site_id is llacking

Hi all,

i've to reassign a site in mobile sales.

So executed the following step:

released form client ->SMOEAC

assign id ->client console MOBILE;

here i wuold be able to see the list with the free site!

But there is an error message:

free site from list is empty.

I have so check the file SITE_ID, but it's lacking!!

Can somebody help me?

Hi guiseppe,

you need to edit registry settings on local machine first to assign new site to you mobile client.

follow steps mentioned below:

open "Run" command prompt from start menu.

enter "regedit" and press ok.

go to path 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SAP\MSA\MW\ClientConsole'

Define a new Dword registry key in right panel with name 'Reassign'

Value '1'.

go to client console and try to assign new site.

(Your sites must be released in CRM server, then and then you will be able to see it in the list of sites to be reassigned)
