Assertion Failed - Design Studio 1.6 Add On - BIP 4.2 SP 04

i get an assertion failed message when i try to start the installation of the design studio add on.

Microsoft Hyper V- Server 2016

Business Objects 4.2 SP04

Design Studio Add On 1.6 SP05

the error waring log said the following:

Error: Couldn't load library 'multiplatformactions'.  Error code: 126Error: Unable to find function 'SortAvailableSetupLanguages' in library 'multiplatformactions'.
Error: *** Action failed.Error: Couldn't load library 'Uncategorized.dll'.  Error code: 126Error: Unable to find function 'RegistrySearch' in library 'Uncategorized.dll'.

i checked the followed ticket https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2467541 i did not yet tried to install the patch 1 for the BIP because the Patch 1 for the Design Studio Add On SP05 i could not find yet. anyone a hint ?

On twitter, Matt Shaw, SAP, says this "1.6 SP5 Patch 1 should be out next week...this will work with BI4.2 SP4 Patch 1 which is available". Does that help?
