Sick leave

Hi Gurus,

I have configured an absence type Sick leave and quota of 24 days for it.

But the first 06 days = Full payment of basic pay

second 6 days = 25% of Basic Pay to be deducted

Third 6 days = 50% of Basic pay to be deducted

Fourth 6 day = 75% of Basic pay to be deducted.

How to meet this requirement in configuration to take effect in payroll.

Kindly help in this regard.

    Without Abap? If you deal with on quota only, you will probably need time eval to send a flag to payroll to set the right % (time eval is "counting" absence and generate a "fake" wage type with the %).

    hello,

    you can use table:V_T554A

    but in Germany we use for this problem: table T5D0C

    in this table you can add different counting rules:

    that means, after certain days, the system takes a different absence calculating rule.
