Defect Location Field in Defect Recording to be made Optional

Dear Experts

While doing Result Recording, in the Defect Item, The Defect Locations field is mandatory. I want to make this field optional. Could you please let me know, how to do it? Please refer to the attached screenshot

Please can you check configuration for Quality Notification > Defect Recordings > Define Confirmation Profile > Check the relevant data if there is 'Mandatory' flag active for your case. You may need to change the radio button to 'Optional' and test it again.
