Missing purchase order as attachement in mail

Hi Guys,

An issue is with sending new purchase orders as attachemtn via the automated email method.

Only One of the suppliers i.e. Vendor says they are receiving the email but the attachment is missing. This particular vendor is using Microsoft outlook web access.

None of the other suppliers (Vendors) have reported this issue.

Please suggest??
