Minimum Net Order Value

Hello SAP Colleagues

Please could you help me with the following problem:

Requirement: When creating a Purchase Order using ME21N a minimum order value needs to be set whilst the order qty can be as small as you like.

Example: If you purchase 0.4m2 of a product you must pay for 0.5m2 but you will receive 0.4m2

What I have tried: Using ME12 I have adjusted the conditions as follows within scales:

CNTY

PB00 Gross Price

Scale Basis: C

Line 1

Scale Type : From

Scale Qty: Blank

UoM : M2

Amount : Blank

Line 2

Scale Type : Blank

Scale Qty: 1

UoM : M2

Amount : 37,50

CNTY

MM00 Minimum Qty (Amount)

Scale Basis: C

Line 1

Scale Type : From

Scale Qty: Blank

UoM : M2

Amount : 37.50

Line 2

Scale Type : BLANK

Scale Qty: 1

UoM : M2

Amount : Blank

Result: Using this method I can create a purchase order that switches values between PB00 and MM00 but the net value remains calculated. If you order 0.5 m2 the net value is 0.5 x $37.50 = $18.75. But what I really want is if the order falls below 1 M2 that the net value is fixed $37.50 regardless of the qty ordered.

If anyone has some ideas on how to do this I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Phillip
