MRP related issue

hi friends,

we need the functionality like MRP has to check the stock batch wise of a material,is there any possibility to add this functionality to the standard MRP one.

we need your valuable advice regarding this,

Hi Madhu,

We have replied you that this is not possible with standard SAP to run MRP on bactchwise. I suggested to use user exit at plant level MRP run.

thanks for your response, regarding user exit as of my knowledge there is no standard available user exit, do we have to develop a new one.

Hi Madhu,

You can the below standard MRP user exits in plant level MRP run. But you have write the correct logic in this user exit to run MRP at batch level. Whether this is possible or not you have check before sending in production system.

1) EXIT_SAPMM61X_001 (ZXM61U01) - Used for NON-Parallel Runs

2) EXIT_SAPLM61C_001 (ZXM61U02) - Used for parallel runs

MRP Can be run based on the Characteristics of a material, Say if a material has a characteristics of Moisture as 10%, so the available total active ingrdient will be only 90%. Basing on this Batch Characteristics MRP can be run.
