Function module

Hi Experts,

I have to replace an existing Buisness Partner with new Business partner everywhere in the CRM database, wherever it is used, be it any relationships or partner function, whatever it is and wherever it is used. I am having a file in the presentation server that consists of old and new business partners.These old business partners will be replaced by the new one in CRM. So I need a function module that tells where the old Business partners are used in CRM, which relationships,as partner functions for other BPs and which tcodes etc. Is there any function module for that? I am getting FMs where for a particular BP, partner functions and relationships are read but I am not getting a FM which list all the places where that particular BP is used.

Please advice.

Hi Sangeetha,

There is no one module which can be used for this purpose.

In transaction BUS7 for event DELE1, there are function modules used which would check for the business partner usages in different tables. While deleting or archiving a business partner these event modules are executed to check if the business partner is still being referred in any of the applications such as relationshipts etc. So check if these modules can be used for your purpose.
