Hi All,

Could you please explain the difference between Transient and Subordinate collections.

According to Schema View of ontology.lineitem_response_document or FCI_ONT_LINE_ITEM_RESP, we have 2 different collections BUYER_SPEC_GROUP and VENDOR_SPEC_GROUP. VENDOR_SPEC_GROUP is a Subordinate collection where as BUYER_SPEC_GROUP is a transient collection. On opening them, both lead to the same class i.e. doccommon.item_spec_group.

Could you please explain the difference?

P.S : When joining schemas FCI_ONT_LINE_ITEM_RESP and FCI_DCOM_ITEM_SPEC_GROUP on parent object id and object id, FCI_DCOM_ITEM_SPEC_GROUP refers to VENDOR_SPEC_GROUP .

Thanks,

Mayank
