script copying the text editor coding

is it possible to copy the coding of one text editor of a window from one form to a window of another form ?

S..u do it by user clipboard...double click in the text editor from where you want to copy, then again double click in the line till (end of selection)..menu-> edit -> selected area -> copy to user clipboard -> from 1 to 5 , copy to anyone....go to other window or another script layout set and menu -> insert -> clipboard -> user clipboard -> clipboard5

there is no straight forward but you could do other way - CTRL + Y ,now CTRL+C
